   Always reach the maximum queue level even at 8am, when you finally get through all appointments are taken for the day. If you are lucky to get through you might get a call back but this isn’t guaranteed. Apparently all appointments are booked daily but to be told no appointments available for three days is a contradiction. Will the surgery ever go back to seeing patients as it was pre covid? How can the majority of patients be properly diagnosed without real contact? How come every other industry is back to normal except medical practices?
