I have been attending the clinic for several months and have been under the care of this particular nurse for my Picc line maintenance and later for my Hickman port. The nurse is truly exceptional and highly professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, follows protocols meticulously, and carries out her work with utmost sincerity and compassion. Her healing touch and reassuring presence instill confidence, ensuring you feel cared for and supported. She always finds solutions to any challenges, whether by reaching out to the right people or seeking a second opinion. Her resilience and dedication are remarkable. I deeply appreciate all the time and effort she has devoted to looking after me during one of the most challenging journeys of my life.
