  1. Review titled Excellent staff

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Anthony Allen - Posted on 09 July 2023

All of the staff were very efficient from the receptionist to the nursing staff, very nice people and showed concern for my injury from the outset. I won't name you individually but you know who you are! 😏. Thanks again for all your help, it was much appreciated 👍

  2. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Phil - Posted on 26 April 2023

Attended this morning, within 20 minutes saw a nurse and confirmed I would need to see a doctor. Waited an hour and received a full examination to be told I got Strep a. Excellent from the lovely lady in reception to the nurse and GP to the ladies in the pharmacy. Thankyou and keep up the good work as much appreciated 👍

  3. Review titled huge wait with poor communication

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 17 January 2023

triaged and xrayed within 15 minutes of arrival- then waited 5 hours in pain to be seen, and was then informed that I had a fracture and required treatment. No communication regarding the delay and no prioritisation of someone in pain with a fracture-

  4. Review titled Awful triage

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 17 November 2022

Attended with a pain in foot. Arrival wait was 2 hours. Waited for nearly 5.5 hours (after seeing triage after 15 mins of arrival) to ask for an update on wait times I was called to triage again to see clinic lead who advised that I had completely wasted 5 hours of my life as there was nothing they could do for me and I needed to see my GP for referrals to treatment. Triage nurse should have told me this 5 hours ago and I wouldn’t have waited with my young child in hope for some relief to my pain. Another older woman was left waiting 5 hours to leave with a boot on due to sprain.

  5. Review titled Blood tests

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 01 September 2022

I had an appointment today for a blood test which I had waited 3 weekS for. My appointment was for 9.25 and at 9 40 nobody had gone in or come out. I had another appointment elsewhere at 9 50 which I explained at reception only to be told blocks are taken in together but as I said they don't come out in blocks but singularly as each is tested . I had to leave as my other appointment was important. Really dissatisfied.
