   Clinic was clean and tidy. Staff where friendly, efficient, caring and on time, didn't feel the needle going in. Everything was explained before, during and after procedure. I was made to feel comfortable and well looked after. A short aftercare was required with coffee, biscuits and my obs checked then given the all clear to go home.
