I am totally reliant on medical supplies and have been for three years. the supplies are ordered from an outside supplier. Yet I need them every month. Why therefore do I have to consistently remind the medical practice that I require them? They've been consistently late or now missed them on this occasion. How do they think I will survive without them. The medical supply company have even sent out emergency supplies when I explained, yet this medical practice is antiquated. For some reason they have to be asked every month for the same supplies. Why can it not order life long medical supplies on a monthly basis without my consent?

Prescriptions never ready at the pharmacy even when ordered a week in advance. If you leave your slip with them, they are still not ready when you call. This adds up to more and more fuel wasted. You can have one tablet left on a Friday , go in to pick up your previously ordered tablets, still not ready. Do they expect you to go all weekend without medication that you need.
