   Just like to say how very appreciative I am of the care given to my Mum organising twice weekly podiatry appointments. Receptionist books appointments in a very meticulous and caring manner. When a clinic was cancelled, they called my Mum and listened to our concerns, liaised with clinicians, contacting us back the next day, reassuring us. Patient centred care at its best.
