I have needed to attend frequent appointments with how I’m feeling. A is amazing; so gentle, so supportive and astute with her assessments and advice. A has been a lifeline to me. I am so thankful and grateful. I wish I’d known her of the start of my health concerns. The receptionist is warm and welcoming too. An awesome GP practice team. If only all surgeries were like this.

I rang yesterday to get an appointment for my daughter and was offered one straight away. The receptionist was polite and helpful and the doctor we saw was extremely knowledgeable

I took my child to the chemist for a cut who advised it was possibly infected and to visit my doctors I spoke to my doctors immediately within ten minutes had an appointment to be seen that day on arrival on the Saturday morning I was met by the friendly professional receptionist who asked me to take a seat then saw doctor robinson who gave an efficient examination and advised on what to do going forward on leaving I felt reassured and so happy with my doctors surgery this is always the case at withnell health centre I always feel so lucky to have them in our village.

Last Friday I felt in a tiz, stressed and tearful. I rang and I spoke to Kelly on reception. Kelly listened, reassured me and said she would speak to the GP and ring me back. Kelly said it was ok, to feel like that. She would help me. I felt so much better after speaking with her. Kelly rang me back later and I felt better. Thanks Kelly

This was my annual prescription review. The appointment was made at my convenience and I was seen in good time, even though there had been an emergency at the surgery that morning. The nurse was exceptional; asking me what I took and did I know why. We discussed some recent family events and a decision was made to prescribe a preventative drug. She put me at my ease, measured my height, took mt weight and generally ensured things were well with me. All in all a constructive meeting. Thank you

I telephoned for an appointment and, as is usual, received one for the same day. The doctor was extremely helpful - pleasant, friendly and professional and helped me to understand my symptoms. She was very thorough and explained clearly how I would be treated. I was completely reassured and have every faith in her. This is an excellent practice where everyone cares about their patients and the community as a whole.
