   A big thank you to a certain member of Reception staff who has sorted out 3 problems for us in the past month and has seen them through to the end. He really goes the extra mile. There has been a vast improvement in Reception lately. I am really impressed with Patchs too, although I had to get up in the middle of the night for it to be available.
