   Having reached out to talking therapies for help, assessed and "assigned" to CBT, I was given a link to Silver Cloud as part of the treatment and assured that I would get to "talk"weekly with a therapist either by telephone, video call, or in person, but nearly four weeks down the line I am still waiting for the talking part of talking therapies to transpire, and I must wonder if the talking part of talking therapies is not included in CBT as assured or I have been forgotten. Suffice to say I am not impressed with the service, or lack after the initial "triage" assessment.
