I took my 97 year old mother to a podiatry appointment today. We were delayed by traffic and arrived 10 minutes late. We were greeted by the receptionist who expressed shock at our delay (?!) and led us to understand that such a delay was quite unacceptable. The receptionist went off to speak to the podiatrist (I’m not allowed to give her name) who said she could not see us as she had a patient in 5 minutes. Visits usually last at least 25 minutes so surely my mother could have been seen to even for a shorter session. Further more we are never seen on time which adds to this ludicrous situation. The podiatrist did not even come out to see us. They are usually lovely people but I have serious doubts about this one. Really outrageous.

visit to gp and tested but no follow up and condtition went from bad to worse. in the end had to go to chelsea and westminster a and e dept who were superb . further tests to be done there in 3 weeks so still lacking in energy visited a nurse practioner at worlds end for advice for restoring energy basically a waste of time jean barker

dreadful service over the last 3 years with poorly trained front desk staff . very hard to see any gp let alone the same one the duty manager is never on duty
