I attended for double surgical extractions. Slightly nervous. I was seen on time and when I went to the surgery room 6. I was greeted by a friendly Dentist and two nurses. The reassured me and talked me through the procedure throughout. They allayed my fears and the procedure went as they told me. No pain. Very quick and efficient. Nurses were so professional and caring. Credit to Dentistry and NHS.

I went today 30/03/2023 for an appointment and i booked in and was told to take a seat. I sat facing the reception and one of the receptionists was stood up and started staring at me and began laughing then she whispered something to another who also started staring at me and was also lauhhing. I have a medical condition called rosacea which makes my face red which I find embracing and i felt humiliated by there action as this is not professional. My dentist is very good and my issue is only with the rude receptionist.
