Although I was a bit apprehensive on attending both my annual dental check up and hygienist appointments I needn't have worried. I found that both the dentist and hygienist were friendly, making me feel comfortable with their considerate attendance. I very much appreciated the kind treatment I received.

I was disappointed again with my recent hygienist appointment. It started 10 minutes late, and after a lengthy conversation trying to upsell me on more frequent and expensive appointments, the actual cleaning lasted only 10 minutes. The entire appointment was over in 20 minutes, even though I paid for a 30-minute session. This seems to be a regular practice, which feels unfair and unprofessional.

I was happy with the politeness and customer service of my hygienist, however for the amount of money they charge, I thought they would be more thorough in removing the plaque from my teeth. I came away not 100 percent satisfied that all the plaque was removed, as I can still signs of plaque. My previous dentist used to remove all my plaque in a normal check up. Maybe my next appointment will get me better results.

It's very easy to book an appointment. The receptionists are very helpful, friendly and polite. My dentist and his dental nurse are very friendly, professional and put me at ease. Any treatment is explained to me in a clear and concise manner.

Our family have been going to see our dentist at Abbey Dental for many years, and his service along with his assistant has always been super friendly, efficient and very reasonable cost wise. I went there to check a recent tooth ache and he immediately did an x-ray and booked me in for a cavity replacement which was accomplished quickly and to high standard. He and his assistant were charming as usual.

The members of staff are really kind and very helpful and caring and as for my doctor, his so lovely. I have been with him for many years now and in all that time he and his assistant has made me feel confident with my teeth. I had a of problems with my teeth and he made sure that teeth, gums and mouth are in a good way, with no problems. And I also listen to him of how to keep them in good order. Thank You Everybody.

the practice was able to met needs of the patient with serious mental health condition. The staff at the reception and doctor was able to help patient with waiting times, communication and needs.

I was scheduled for a crown installation and at the second appointment when the new crown should've been installed it turned out that the new crown was not properly built so I was scheduled after another month having to wear another temporary crown for a month. It was quite unexpected being told that the new crown does not fit and that I have to wait another month due to holidays to get another new crown. I wasn't expecting such a failure from a dental practice which promotes quality services on their website: "Our highly skilled team is committed to delivering consistent quality dental services of the highest standards in a modern, relaxed and friendly environment. Love your smile!" well... not in my case.
