I have been going to my dentist at Abbey Dental for many years and have always had good treatment from the dentist I see. The dentist and assistant are genuinely interested in providing the best service for the patient. Treatment with my dentist is provided on the NHS and there is no pressure to have more expensive private treatment. Overall, I am very satisfied with the patient service at Abbey Dental.

The dentist and hygienist at the practice are brilliant. Helpful, thorough, relaxing and full of information. The practice would be improved by having online booking available.

Have been with the practice for 20+ years and whilst personnel may have changed over the years, provision of consistent high levels of dental care remain. I have also found reception staff to be courteous and helpful. I have a lot of time for my current dentist whose support, clinical practice and guidance is always very much appreciated. I am eternally grateful Abbey Dental Practice continues to provides NHS dentistry

I visited this dental practice as a private patient for the first time as I was in need of a dental clean. Due to relocating and with COVID happening I hadn't seen a dentist in 2 years and was very much overdue for a check-up. I had noticed some staining and booked myself in to see the dental hygienist. First impressions: - Time was saved in the waiting room by being able to fill in my medical history via online forms and this also gave me the chance to address any problem areas I had that I wanted to discuss. - As it was my first time in a dental cleaning appointment everything was explained to me beforehand on what to expect during the procedure. - A history was taken beforehand by the hygienist to establish what my current cleaning routine at home is and any areas that needed to be improved. - The scaling itself only took around 15-20 mins to complete; I was offered an upgrade to air flow cleaning for an extra £20 which I accepted - this was very quick and well worth it in my opinion. - My teeth felt beautifully clean afterwards and the hygienist did a wonderful and thorough job. - The hygienist provided after-care instructions at the end of the appointment. All in all I was very impressed with the service I received throughout. Sadly I am not a permanent patient at this practice as they are still not accepting new patients, however I would be very happy to return here for any future treatment. As someone who normally dreads dental appointments you made this very positive for me. Thank you!

Had teeth cleaned fantastic service very gentle cleaning technician, made me feel completely at ease and will definitely be attending again soon and would highly recommend this service to friends and very reasonably priced! Thank you.

I had not slept surfing a toothache for some days, I called Abbey and asked for an emergency I was offered an emergency appointment the same day, I arrived on time and didn't wait long for my name to be called, I was in and out of the chair in 10mins , with the issue of my tooth ache completely resolved. They also accommodated a follow up appointment even thou they are not taking new NHS patients. I am really happy with the speed at which I was processed and attended too , 10/10 , no complaints but plenty of admiration for the dentists and all the team at Abbey. Thank you very much!! They are the best!!

Staff very help and professional. Would definitely recommend this practice. I have always been happy with the service since joining up with them in 2021. Waiting time is minimal and dentist is very friendly and helpful explaining in detail about your treatment and always satisfied with any treatment I've had done.
