I called to book a check-up, and the staff found me a time that fit perfectly into my schedule. I came in for my booked appointment, checked in at reception, and waited. The dentist was thorough and effective. I will be back for my next check-up.

I had extractions and a clean up and all the staff were very good and caring. Dentist went through the process and always checked if everything was ok before proceeding.

I attended this practice as an emergency patient, the whole experience from arrival until I left could not have gone better, the dentist I saw was very calming reassuring, and explained every step of the procedure in detail, I am on blood thinners and so he talked my through everything didn't feel a thing throughout my extraction and can not recommend this practice high enough, if you are a nervous patient or feeling anxious, you'll be well looked after here, Excellent 5*****

He is extremely professional!!! Very polite, always take care of what I feel and am I agree with what he planing to do. Always on time. I never feel any pain or uncomfortably. He is the best dentist I ever have!!!

The Abbey Dental Practice is excellent. The reception staff are friendly, they always contact patients before your appointment to give you a gentle reminder to turn up. The dentists explain exactly what they are going to do and I have never had any discomfort during any procedure that I have had there. Its hard to find an NHS dentist at the moment, but if you can get on this ones books you won't be disappointed.

Warm welcoming staff, from booking an appointment over the phone to the dentist. I was accommodated on two occasions as an emergency in the past and recently. The practice is easily accessible by public transport. It is clean, airy and bright. Dentists are knowledgeable about treatments and gave good aftercar/advice.

Interesting experience- urgent appointment (was booked promptly), as I was having a pain. The dentist took scan and Inasked the options - response was to remove or leave as is (nonexplanation what to do with the pain), also said that they do not do root canal for which I need to go private. I did not get it - could I do root canal, then why my teeth was removed? Also, I pay full fee, so why would I need to go private, as far as I am concern this was private. I will likely change my surgery to another.

Dentist did not hear my problem fully and hurried for a filling which got off after two days. Information was not provided about how to get further treatment. Waiting time was less but treatment is worthless. It wasted my whole working-day as I had to day-off for the appointment. It is difficult to take day-off, had to go to work to pay for the treatment.

The dentists treated me with the utmost respect and communicated what they were going to do in terms of undertaking the deep clean procedure. The treatment was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The administration staff were also helpful in describing the various services on offer, they were also very kind respectful. I wish them great success.
