Polite and helpful staff. The dentist was clear and concise re my treatment going forward including the price. Gave me really good helpful advice re flossing which I had never had before. The practice was spotlessly clean and observed good cleaning practice between each patient

I found the dentist very helpful in explaining what the treatment would entail. When complications arose he didn't panic but was very reassuring. He was careful and took his time so that I got the best treatment possible. He also gave me some helpful advice after the procedure to mitigate any complications that may arise.

I have recently had a great experience with this Dental practice. I initially had some difficulty in getting through to the dentist to arrange an appointment, their call handling service cuts you off after 15 minutes- please consider removing this as it’s really convenient! I would have been happy to hold as long as it took to speak to someone. I managed to finally arrange an appointment after emailing the practice. On the day of my appointment, i arrived early, practice was clean, reception staff very friendly and the dentist explained things very well at the appointment. Unfortunately, after I left the dentist, my toothache came back!! I called the practice and luckily got through within minutes and was advised to go back to wait and see the dentist again. I did this and was so grateful to be seen within minutes and the dentist resolved the issue.

Booked an air-flow with hygienist and paid £40 in advance but on the day of my appointment I was told it is actually £29 I need to pay more on my refusal they said its £25 I need to pay. I refused because I was not told of such money on on my refusal one of them said If you can’t pay appointment is cancelled and we can’t do anything to which I replied I will record this statement as I was not told of this payment before, she shouted and said You can not record me without my consent. Like okay you can take my money refuse my appointment for your mistake and I can not record. In end thanks to manager who cane and sorted it with a refund. Which could have been offered before. Please educate and update the staff about your pricing and if such mistakes happen you better apologise and try sorting it out instead of not listening to customers. Money not grow on trees, everyone work hard for that. Having said that I must say staff inside nurses/dentists are quite nice and efficient. Thank you

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any miscommunication around your dental fees. Your comments have been shared with the team. Visiting the hygienist is a private treatment charge, sessions are offered to patients without obligation. Should you wish to see the hygienist you will be given the fees, should you wish to have AirFlow, the fee for that is extra. We operate a zero tolerance approach when it comes to our staffs safety and welfare. Staff should not have to receive threatening behaviour of any kind from patients. Many thanks The Dental Team.

All the reception staff are friendly and professional, the dentist and hygienist were both reassuring and patient. Taking time to explain clearly what was going to happen. Then what options Were available to me. I left feeling confident and happy with treatment. Keep up the great work.

Great hygienist, short waiting time, clean environment. My only complaint is that the telephone line is always busy, I can never get through on the phone & the waiting times are absurd (waiting for 30mins despite being 'caller number 2'). This needs to be improved ASAP.

Been seen on time. Greeted by the receptionist. The dentist at surgery 5 was very fast and did her best. The only inconvenient is that I m still little bit painful after nearly 24 hours of the wisdom tooth extraction.

Hi Team, I was trying to get new appointment on 14th Feb 23. I have tried calling from 11:10 am when my number came to 2 suddenly it started saying we are busy call again. I was on wait until 15 minutes. I tried again and when my came around 11.45 am the receptionist told me we are busy cannot book appointment and asked me to call again tomorrow. I have told her that I was trying from 11:10 am and line was getting dropped. She was not at all helpful, very rude and not in a mood to help at all. When I asked her name and told her I want to leave review she has disconnected the line saying thank you. Would you please take this matter seriously and speak to the receptionist who deliberately disconnected the line did not give the information. I would be awaiting your response to this specific query and not a general response.

Have been a patient here for over 5 years, and the dentists and hygienists are great. However, the reception staff service is poor, I finally got through by phone on my 4th attempt (after waiting in the queue described by other reviewers and reaching 'caller number 1' only to have the call disconnected or restart from 'you are caller number 8 ....') in the last week to confirm my paid for an appointment next week as I had not received a confirmation email to complete the relevant forms prior to my appointment. Reception was unconcerned about that but did send the confirmation I wanted. Seems due to demand they are not interested in keeping paying customers?! Improvement with reception is sorely needed as this is not the way it had previously been. A real shame.
