A great experience , timely , efficiently and professional. The receptionist very friendly and all areas very clean and welcoming. The digital communications keep you well informed and filling details online very useful.

Had very satisfying treatment, dentist was very helpful and very good. Treatment was painless and didn’t have to wait long to get appointment.

Been going to this dentist for over 30 years and regularly attend twice a year. I called the dentist as a recent filling had fallen out and needed to get this fixed. Was told I was due a routine appointment which they claimed was overdue, but I hadn't received a reminder, and that I can't just make an appointment because a filling had fallen our. I was quite annoyed with the manner in which they spoke to me. Luckily when I went for the appointment a couple of days later, I was told that my routine appointment was actuallty due in December so they were wrong. I have a lovely dentist and she apologised that the staff training was underway as it was clear there had been other issues raised and not just mine

I went in as an emergency patient. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen even though the practice looked busy. All the staff were very friendly, from the reception to the dental practitioner. I was happy with the explanation of my problem and the treatment they provided.
