All of the above staff were courteous and professional from first contact to me leaving. As I was escorting a patient with mental health it was lovely that they spoke to her gently and took time for her to respond. Well done done everyone. Clean tidy professional as always.

I am very nervous when it comes to dental soon as I walked in reception. Staff were wonderful when I got to the to the dentist she was wonderful with me and took all my nerves. The way I would like to stay and use these as my dental and it would make me go more often wonderful

I was referred by NHS at this practice, the appointment was made over the phone by the receptionist efficiently and friendly staff. The advice after checking and the treatment by the dentist was done promptly on time assisted by the dental nurse. Happy with the dental treatment.

Due to three operations to save my eyesight two bouts of covid and a stay in hospital, I have not attended my dentist for a while. I needed emergency treatment as my crown had broke, at first I was given an appointment then they said there was problems with electrics and also as I hadn't been for sometime the dentist wouldn't see me and I had been taken off their books. I asked if I could speak to the dentist and show her what was wrong, as I thought the crown would need to be sent to the lab to be fixed. At this point the member of staff got rude and in a raised voice said that's not how it works got right in my face and said leave, I asked if I could just speak to the dentist as I just needed to see if the crown could be fixed. Again she raised her voice and said no you've got to leave, I knocked on the dentists door and when it was opened I just asked to show her the crown and see if it could be fixed. She had a look and said no even though it had come out before this time it couldn't be fixed, and as I hadn't been for a while I had been taken off her books and there was nothing she could do. She did look at it and put some paste to cover the hole and said she would put me back on the waiting list to be her patient but it wouldn't be till the summer. I think it was totally unfair to be removed from their books due to all my health problems, and think if they was going to remove me from their books they should have rung, texted or emailed me to let me know. I think having three eye operations to save my sight two bouts of covid and a stay in hospital the last thing on my mind was missing going to dentist, I feel that sometimes they should make exceptions where there have been health issues and should contact patients before they just take them off their books. I feel I have been unfairly treated due to my illnesses, and at no point should I have been spoken to the way I was and think the staff need training in patient care. Their website praises itself on patient care but from my experience their was no patient care just rudeness, the old staff had much more care and wish they would come back.

Visited hygienist at Abbey dental on 05/02/24 and the service is exceptional. New hygienist polite and professional, I highly recommend and hope she stays at the practice

This practice is great. My friend tried to register with them recently but they were not taking new NHS clients, which is a great shame.

Dr. Was very kind . Explained briefly what treatment he is going to do. And what I have to do after treatment. If I feel after the treatment wagst medicine I have to take .

Always good experience when I go here . Friendly people and polite on the front desk, and really good dentist, didn’t have an appointment until 5 of February but phoned me with a cancellation so obviously on the ball , all in all very good
