Reception was helpful when re booking. My appointment was on time, which is important to me. Professional, good, friendly service, Dentist explained things clearly. Highly recommend

The dentists are very good and getting appointments is usually not too onerous or complicated. Appointments usually happen bang on time, and the dentists themselves are courteous and professional.

Easy check in. Not long to wait in waiting room before appointment. Everyone very friendly. In surgery immediately put at ease, excellent care and advice given.

Always very friendly and efficient. Dentist explained what was wrong and gave me options. No pressure to make a decision there and then.

Timely help for a broken tooth and successfully treated in a friendly and professional manner. I have always found this practice excellent for the last 10 years. I used to be scared of the dentist however due to this practice I feel confident at the dentist.

its been over 10 yrs since i had been hear and god how much its changed. Reception staff couldn't do enough for me friendly and very professional, the dentist was friendly and told me exactly what i needed and what he was going to do even told me the prices of the treatment. The whole experience was excellent and its made me stop being uneasy going to the dentist. Thank you

Dentists and hygienists are great! Receptionists always try to get appointments especially for children or if in pain.

the dentists, the hygienists and the assistants are very professional and friendly. the receptionist are very professional and helpful as well.

They are good at sending reminders prior to an appointment though the continual reminder to complete their medical questionnaire is irritating when you have a course of treatment. Even if one appointment is merely one week later you are asked to complete it. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Waiting area a bit spartan and appointments can get delayed. Premises clean and well kept. Overall I am happy with the service.
