The service is always on point ,however improvements need to be made on waiting/appointment times. I've never had an appointment and made it in at the exact time of my appointment. Improve your appointment times or don't give them .

We do try our very best to ensure patients are given the quickest appointments to see their dentists and not kept waiting. We do try to balance this while seeing urgent care patients daily and we monitor our diaries to ensure we are effectively managing appointments and keep waiting times to an absolute minimum. Friendly and helpful receptionist, who managed to get me in to see my dentist on the same day for a broken tooth. Great advice and experience from my dentist who was happy to see me.

I find the practice has so much improved over the years. It's so friendly and welcoming now from reception, also on the phone, to all the dental nurses. Not forgetting my lovely dentist who I was only passed over to last year when my dentist left. I can't speak highly enough of him. He is so skilled, intelligent and really gives you a sense of confidence in him as he chats and informed you of everything he's doing and intends to do. Couldn't be happier with everything.

Staff were personable, professional and friendly. Treatment was explained and discussed before being actioned. I felt no pain or anxiety during treatment nor any discomfort after the anesthetic wore off.

I had a lovely dentist here but they would not do root canals or extractions and I kept getting referred privately which I could not afford. I queried it with the management who still would not give me an answer. Surely I should have just been referred to another NHS dentist in the practise who does do these things. I left.

Because of my particular dental problem they treated me with understanding and care and explained options and course of procedure involved. Their approach to my anxiety made it much more tolerable for me. I feel comfortable at this practice.

I wanted to change my appointment date and the receptionist gave me a date which had been cancelled by someone else. My dentist is always friendly and helpful and praises me for my teeth cleaning routine. She provides me with excellent advice so as to keep my teeth stable so as to help me retain my remaining teeth.

Had a feeling on the right hand side, a good few years ago. As a result I’ve had nothing but mouth problems for years. However, I now have a female dentist who is absolutely brilliant. I would recommend her and not the previous dentists.

Brilliant care at an emergency appointment from the dentist available to see me. Was able to get an appointment for an infection of the morning I called up, was seen and given treatment preventing a lot of further issues and pain.

it was an emergency appointment, i got seen the same day and it was very quick. everyone that worked there was really lovely, especially the dental surgeon. im a really nervous patient and he really made me feel at ease and explained everything to me so i understood what was happening etc. couldn’t fault my experience.
