Friday I saw the Hygenist and his nurse. The treatment was excellent as usual. The receptionists were also very welcoming. This Practice cannot be faulted.

Receptionist are very rude to paying customers, very condescending, raising voices, not a great experience. Dentist was ok, not a thorough check wanted me in and out within 10 minutes.

Helpful and welcoming team both in person and on the telephone. Thorough examination by dental professional and clear explanation of treatment necessary. Full details of charges for treatment discussed and future daily care necessary to maintain dental health and hygiene. Pleasant environment in the dental surgery and waiting area.

I received outstanding service from the staff at the Abbey Dental Surgery on 17.11.3024 I was sent a reminder for check the day before called to book appt was offered the next day which was superb and went in was greeted with smile and very welcoming and also kept well informed of the time and the dentist I saw was very understanding and helpful thank you.

Attended an emergency appt for a route canal assessment of a inflamed route. Gave me peace of mind. X-ray. Clear explanation. Not my usual dentist but very efficient and reassuring.

I recently had a large filling replaced which after 40 years had become defective. The work was of high quality and the dentist was excellent. Both he and all the staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful. During the work the dentist discovered a previously undiscovered fine crack in the same tooth which one day later on may require root canal work with a crown. A work plan was discussed.
