Abbey Dental Practice has been my dentist for many many years, the treatment is excellent, their is a real team spirit within all the staff members, you are made to feel completely at ease, they always try to fit you in for an emergency, let you know when your routine appts are due which is so helpful if our busy lives, the dentists are amazing, if you feel nervous you are made to feel at ease, every bit of treatment is explained to you along the way and nothing is ever rushed, best dental practice in London!

Administration and organisation of practice is very good. Hygienist was excellent. Very communicative, very caring, very gentle.

Honestly such a disheartening experience. Getting told different things every visit. Final straw was that the dentist couldn’t even take out a tooth! Took over an hour, but snapped it and couldn’t get the root out. She nonchalantly said she’ll have to refer me to a hospital but no idea of wait times. No urgency. No care. Appalling.

I have been visiting Abbey Dental for a number of years, and I find the team very friendly and so helpful. I always receive timely reminders as to when my next appointment is. If I have a question that I want answered, the staff always try to assist me.

I have been attending this surgery for many years and I can honestly say that the hygienist and the dentist that treats me are so lovely and I never get nervous because I trust them. The surgery is clean and receptionists welcoming and I would not hesitate to recommend them especially if like me you are a nervous patient.

Saw the hygienist for my second appt of the year.I have sensitive teeth and some age related gum recession but the lady in question could not have been more caring or thorough.She told me to signal if at any time i needed her to stop cleaning but she was very gentle and also allowed me a break between each element of the cleaning.

I went for a teeth cleaning with the hygienist and she did an excellent job, it only took about 20 mins and she made sure that I felt comfortable the whole time. My teeth look cleaner and whiter now. Thought the price of it was fair too, would recommend to people.

The dentist was very friendly and the treatment was excellent. The room was clean and cosy . the staff at the desk were very friendly and relaxed. The appointment was on time and the kids enjoyed the visit.

I have been coming to this dental practice for years. The hygienist and dentist I normally see are great, although the prices are extortionate. That aside, the receptionists are unfriendly, not very smiley and generally look like they don't want to be there. Having said that, the lady who served me, was actually quite nice. This was a pleasant surprise and not the norm. I think more training is needed!
