I had my first appointment at Abbey dental on the 5th of Jan 2023. I have to use a mobility scooter as I have limited mobility due to MS. The staff were super helpful in assisting me to get to the appointment room and chair and were generally friendly, polite, and happy to answer any questions I had during the appointment.

Got booked in and seen on time, everyone was very pleasant. Premises extremely clean, seating spaced out so not too close to other patients. A lot cheaper than I expected as dentist took x-rays so thought would push the price up but still under £25.

I was given an appointment within a week of asking. I was seen promptly, exactly at the appointed time. The problem was identified and fixed on the spot and communicated clearly all along.

Abbey Dental is a great practice with professional and effective staff from reception to the dentist. I was treated with respect and, offered treatment options. Overall, a very good experience.

Practice is good with communicating to patients. Seen on time; very professional and friendly. The dentist and hygienist I saw were very helpful.

The practice is efficient, sympathetic and welcoming. The dentist (and his assistant) who are currently treating me are the most empathetic, professional and skilful I have ever experienced in my many, many years of needing dental work.
