The dentist was new to me and I felt instantly relaxed, he was thorough in his examination and spoke to me like a fellow adult (no condescending attitude) which was refreshing

Really helpful, friendly, clear explanation of treatment and options, not judgemental at all at how awful my teeth are! not the experience I’m used to with dentists. Highly recommend

The NHS Dental services you provide are outstanding but difficult to access (online booking failed to work numerous times and telephone booking involved a 25minute wait). I have an issue with a tooth fracture and experienced a hard sell approach for you private treatments. This sales tactic extended to the dental assistant accompanying me back to reception to make sure I booked a private appointment I had not entirely agreed to and I felt very pressurised. This is very disappointing and not what I expect from a frontline dental health practice. I felt it put both myself and your nhs employees in a very uncomfortable position. I know nhs dental availability is bleak for both patients and practitioners but I think you can do much better. I’m really not impressed with the “service” side of your practise. I do however feel that your dental staff are all excellent.

2 filling in rear teeth. Filling not levelled properly. Finding it hard to chew on left side. Now have toothache after every meal. Ive requested a re appointment abd the earliest date you czn givd me is in October!! This is not good customer care. I will be on a cruise ship for 3 weeks stating on friday 17.two months with toothache is not acceptable

Receptionist was welcoming, helpful with questionnaire, and with a matter I wanted to discuss. Professional attitude. Dentist and assistant similarly helpful and re advising treatment. Dentist has a nice gentle touch in my mouth.
