I must say they are amazing!!! You walk in and the first thing you see is a happy, friendly receptionist. Automatically that makes you feel at ease. Had a check up a few days ago with my 5 and 2 year old children and they were treated with such kindness and understanding. Today I had the hygienist,( never seen one before,) and she explained the whole process and gave me loads of useful advice. Would highly recommend. 5 stars from me and my boys.

Number of issues here, taking a child for the first time and them not understanding a 3 year old may not be willing to open their mouth straight away to a stranger, proding him and losing patience while telling him to open his mouth. Then secondly when going back to have teeth cleaned, hygienist losing patience while cleaning teeth and then afterwards stating to watch YouTube videos on how to brush teeth correctly?! Absolutely appalling service and recommend they learn how to have a little more patience with children and not be so rude towards paying patients.
