I have had both of my sons seen by the dentist and his lovely nurse, and I have never been to a dentist with such care, skill and knowledge. They took their time explaining the process to my sons and answered any questions. Their gentle approach and thoroughness shocked me as it's difficult to find a good dentist these days. Overall, exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.

I am writing on behalf of my brother with his consent who recently had treatment at the clinic, he praised every member of the team, the clinic is clean, well managed and the staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t wait till their next appointment

My child has been referred to this practice for orthodontic treatment and I have yet to be able to speak to someone regarding his referral. I have contacted the practice several times over the last week, been on hold for 10-20 each time and had no answer. I have left messages at 9am on their voicemail to which I have never had a call back. After the fourth call today I tried to leave another message and was told the mailbox was full. In desperation I chose "Private Patient..." from the options on the answer phone to be put through to the private clinic in Manchester. The lady was not able to help (understandably) and could not access the system to discuss the query. She repeatedly told me the practice do answer calls and are "just very busy" This is not acceptable. Google reviews show this is an ongoing issue for NHS patients, to whom the practice have a duty of care to be accessible to. Patient in pain, needing urgent support cannot get through and are not contacted back. This is appalling service and since the complaints on this topic have been rolling in for sometime I would expect it would have been addressed by now. Sadly, this doesn't seem to be the case. I urge the practice to deal with this significant issue which is causing distress to patients and limiting their access to care. I also urge any patients considering this practice to **reconsider** and do not tie yourselves into a practice you will never be able to contact. There are practices out there that **will** answer your call and you can go and see when you're in pain or need assistance. Please do not bother with this company.

Fabulous visit to the surgery, really happy with the treatment provided, reception was very helpful. Booking my next appointment was easy.
