Extremely arrogant and condescending manager who demands money before treatment even begins. Tired and shabby waiting room and surgeries, visible dust and smeared glass. I know it’s hard to find an NHS practice but the standards should be higher than this. Only good points were a very nice girl on reception who I initially encountered and there was hand sanitizer provided.

was mocked by both dentist and his helper after a recent appointment i left the room and heard them comment about me, constantly cancelling appointments with no explanation, waiting room is disgusting considering the amount they charge for treatments they should be able to decorate, reception staff are so abrupt and rude the list could go on and on

The dental treatment I received was fine and I have no complaints about it, but I certainly did not appreciate being spoken to by the dentist I had as if I was a naughty child, including that I’ve been lazy and in their words needed to be “told off” to get me into better brushing habits. It’s this kind of scolding that puts people off going to the dentist. There are ways of encouraging people to improve their routine to avoid more treatments in future without making them feel humiliated and small. I will note that I’ve had excellent and friendly appointments with different dentists there in the past, so I’m hoping this is a one off.

The dentist treating me was extremely helpful and friendly and took a long time to explain the results of the x-rays he had taken Absolutely excellent service
