Poor experience had covid symptoms on sunday, i couldn't stop coughing and couldnt inform them on sunday as shut. So i rang first thing monday morning to be told that it will be going down as a last minute cancellation and ill bebtaken off the books and left to find another dentist in which i said i would go in then and not miss appointnent to be told i will be turned away and not been allowed into my appointment. Such a poor experience as i offered to go in so i wasnt cancelling i was gettingbtild i couldnt go in and acting like it was my fault for it so avaid this place if you can!

Was supposed to be booked in fir a filling but the appointment was booked as a checkup. So i had to pay the fee for a checkup when it wasn’t needed and I still need to go for a filling. The only apology came from the dentist himself.

Excellent treatment and service from Helmi El-Sakka. Very prompt attention, not kept waiting at all. All in all a pleasant experience on Friday 13th!

Our dentist is amazing. So gentle and caring with the children. Thank you for making a trip to the dentist with 3 young children in tow so easy and an enjoyable experience for the kids

The Hygienist has poor communication skills. Keep repeating about the gum problem which i have already know. And shes not very clear about the message she wanted to relay to me.

The dentist was new to me. She was friendly and professional with excellent communication skills. She was gentle and careful in replacing my filling and very patient centred in her approach.
