    My front tooth broke, and I needed a partial denture. When the dentist took the impression, he seemed to be in a hurry. Every time I went there, he was rushing, which I found unusual for work that requires precision. When I went for the fitting, it felt like something was completely wrong. I mentioned this, but he said it was normal and that I would get used to it. When I got home, I noticed that I couldn’t chew anything because the denture was sitting so low that there was about a one-centimeter gap between my back teeth, preventing them from touching. Additionally, there was a gap between the denture and my upper gum, and after a while, my gum started bleeding because the denture was wobbly. The same dentist tried to convince me to come back for an implant, branding himself as an expert on implants, even though he couldn’t get a partial denture right

    I had an appointment for the hygienist that was cancelled 2 times and because of this I missed my treatment for 1 year that should be done every 3 month. My booking was for the deep cleaning , finally at the 23th ofMay. The hygienist was new and I told her I need a deep clean as I suffer from gum problems. She ended up doing me the normal superficial cleaning. When I stepped out of the room the receptionist handed me over a paper to sign in case that I want to cancel any appointment. I explained that there must be a misunderstanding, I never cancelled, never. It is them who cancelled on me and after all this I did not get the right treatment. The receptionist was really not nice , saying that I had the right treatment . The treatment everybody gets. That s the problem. We are not all the same. We are individuals with different needs. I needed the deep cleaning and this was denied and I had yo pay. This was Unacceptable! So I paid and it was told to me that if I want to come back I would have always the same hygienist and the same treatment. Unbelievable! There is no respect! Is it so difficult to do a bit deeper cleaning when there is the need? All they want is our money, no matter how and think there are entitled to mistreat us.

    Great practice, kind, caring, compassionate staff - went above and beyond today to help my tooth and make me feel ok Chatty and engaging - making you feel at ease straight away Always on time and talk you through everything
