I was treated with respect and care from the first time I started my 3 courses of treatment. Everything was explained clearly so I understood all the options and costs involved. Over the months of treatment I experienced no pain at all and when finished I was very pleased with the end result.

Nice clean premises fast and efficient service provided by pleasant staff Dentists and hygienist are very professional and provide clear explanations of available treatments

I experienced outstanding service and communication throughout my time at the practice both from the trainee and the practice dentist. All of my questions were given detailed answers I could clearly understand.

Unfortunately, I was not made aware that getting the recommended 'second opinion' as to whether I should get braces would cost me £60. Sadly I feel that advice for my dental health was secondary to a sales pitch that would cost me £4000, for something I 'might' need in the future that 'might' make it better.
