Very good appointment with the hygienist on Thursday 12/09/24. Very thing was explained before it was done. Teeth look good after trying the new powder cleaning rather than the traditional water.

All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The dentist made a thorough examination of my mouth and then provided a full explanation of the state of my teeth and the course of action proposed. I left feeling confident my needs were being well looked after.

My Dentist explained everything clearly in a reassuring manner and the procedure was quick and painless. I am happy to have Buttercross as my dentists.

I hadn't been to the practice for some time - waiting for an operation, couldn't plan. I broke a tooth; thought it would have to be removed; blessings on her, the dentist built it up again. I'm so grateful.

From reception, then needle to drills and filling too, the service was painless, exemplary, patient, happy and efficient with the opportunity for an emergency follow up appointment at short notice should any problem ensue.

Having a severe phobia of the dentist I hate going to the dentist, but the staff and dentist I saw, were amazing & so kind. Normally I'd have to have a referral for sedation for any dental work, but during my check up my dentist put me at ease, and made me feel calm so I attempted to have my dental work done without & managed it. This wouldn't have been possible without the wonderful staff! It's also quick and easy to get an appointment

I went in for a checkup and was treated very politely by the dentist who was very clear about the procedure and after doing a thorough check he informed me very clearly what the condition of my teeth was and what I should do about them.
