How kind my dentist was to me.I am very fearful of dentists, as I grew up in the 60’s/70’s and did not have very good experiences with the dentist back then. The lady dentist I saw today was very kind and knowledgeable.She really put me at ease,and has helped with my fear.Many thanks to her and her assistant.

The Dr was great and very helpful but communication with reception was poor. I tried to get through for 2 days to book an appointment and to find out if my husband had been registered aswell but I couldn't get through so I sent a message and I didn't have a reply about my husband I was just sent an email saying I'd been booked in for a date and time. I got there today and found out he is registered and he was supposed to have an appointment aswell but we didn't have any communication about it.

I was impressed with how nice the people are, I’m very nervous when it comes to dentists, but my dentist made me feel relaxed and comfortable, 5??

Everyone was happy and friendly. I feel quite nervous about going to the dentist, when I’m nervous I feel hot the waiting area and treatment room was lovely and cool. So pleased to have found a lovely dentist

I felt no pain, removal of molar went well. I have Alzheimer's and chronic heart disease. Good advice given to my wife in the event of any complications as she is my care main carer. I am 82 yers old.

I had an appointment today and had to bring my 9 week old baby with me, the dentist and assistant were both understanding and patient with me, helping to settle him when he became upset and not making me feel like an inconvenience having to take a little extra time.

I am extremely anxious about going to the dentist. Every time I have been I have left in tears through fear. This is my first experience without any tears! The lady made me feel completely at ease and also in control of my comfort. Can not thank her enough!

We have always enjoyed coming to Aldershot Dental Practice, the staff are polite and friendly at all times, always on time too, nothing is too much trouble for them, it’s a pleasure to be with them.

Administration very efficient. Plenty of reminders about appointment date. Seen on time, and checkup plus X-ray all done with positive outcome that no further work needed.
