As a new patient, I was slightly apprehensive. I already knew I needed 2 fillings. I had a bad experience with my previous dentist. But I'm relieved to say that my experience was a positive one. I have a jaw problem which can make opening my mouth for a long time difficult. My dentist was very understanding, allowing me time to close my mouth at intervals during my treatment. He was respectful and professional. A positive and painless experience. Thankyou!

today my friend felt really light headed and she felt like that she was going to faint and then they kindly come out and helped her and took her in the dental practise while providing her with water and glucose drinks and i am extremely grateful for this act of kindness i think they are so nice and are great environment to be in thank you to the receptionist today

I called in regarding an emergency appointment as I was in a lot of pain. The receptionist was extremely rude despite my inability to talk due to pain. I asked whether it was possible to have an appointment on the day or after and she said "you have to call in tomorrow, the computer is off , bye " And turned the phone off. I have previously attended the practice and I feel she is quite hostile towards patients. The dentists there are absolutely amazing but the receptionist is the total opposite unfortunately.
