Had 4 appointments booked myself & kids. Unfortunately due to circumstances I couldn’t make it & cancelled but others still attended. Without telling me but letting another family member know they removed me as an nhs patient. Very unprofessional and my situation should not be discussed with anyone other than myself. I can’t blame the dentist’s, there all amazing, this is the receptionist fault.

Extremely caring with all patients from the receptionist greeting you at the door to the nurses bringing you in to the surgery and the dentist speaking with you to discuss the procedures and answering any questions. So very impressed and thanks for the service you are providing.
