I drank water 1,5 hours after the appointment and the filling came out with water. The so-called doctor said it would last at least 4-5 months and when I asked for a refund or to fix the situation the manager said she was sorry but they could not do anything else. I was thinking of going to the police as I assume there is a record of the appointment. Avoid this place. The manager said she had more important things to handle in her life but not this. The condition got worse after the appointment as it seems the person who ‘tried’ to fix the tooth destroyed the existing filling before that How do such kind of ppl exist they don’t have anything holy in their lives Please avoid this please even though you have no more choice so do not waste your time and money and take care of your health I can not even imagine where the 'doctor' got the education from, do not trust any positive reviews I assume they are paid ones msg me if u want to get any evidence

Dear Emili Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are deeply sorry to hear about your experience and the issues you encountered following your procedure. Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we take such concerns very seriously. On reviewing your profile we can confirm that after completing the temporary filling the dentist advised you not to eat or drink for an hour after. You called reception and said that you ate and drank immediately after and the filling has now come off. We offered you another appointment to come in on the day to get the filling redone and you refused. All our dentists are qualified and registered with the GDC. We cannot guarantee the longevity of a temporary filling because it is exactly that, 'temporary'. You were also advised by the dentist that you need to see your regular dentist for a routine examination and to have definitive restoration. The manager went through all the clinical notes and explained everything to you. We are committed to improving our services and ensuring that every patient is treated with the highest quality treatment. We are sorry we could not meet your expectation. Our staff feel extremely traumatised and uncomfortable with your constant threats, bullying and vulgarity. Unfortunately if this does not stop you leave us with no other option but to report you to the police.

They were very welcoming, and I had an amazing from the time I took my wisdom out for my braces to the time I took my braces off for my retainers.

I was in extreme pain and my dentist closed over the weekend (29/07/23), so called NHS (111) and was referred to this Align and smile, I was worried after reading some reviews, but was pleasantly surprised, by the service I had received. I was greeted up on arrival and then was actually seen on time and the Dr was extremely knowledgeable and and friendly. kept in informed what they were doing and what choices i have etc. Even though i was in pain i left with a smile. thank you all
