Rude receptionists, just because I didn’t fill the paperwork in online she spoke to me like a naughty child. I came in earlier to do it and she kept going on and on about it, people have busy lives and if they fill it in on the day so what! It’s just to make their lives easier but if your going to speak to me like that I am going somewhere else. Also within earshot of me sitting down one of the other receptionists pipes up and says ‘ people just don’t listen’! So rude! I’m a paying customer and I expect to be treated better, not coming back here and I shall tell other people not to bother to come here.

I’ve been at this dentist for several years now and I can’t rate them highly enough. All the staff are professional and caring and I always feel in safe hands when I go for appointments. Today I had to go in for an emergency appointment as a filling had popped out, I was in and out within 45 minutes, very little pain and my tooth is how it should be again. All the staff are lovely but I managed to get the appointment with my favourite dentist which is a bonus, and I was reassured and had things explained to me while it was being fixed so I knew what was going on - so thank you very much, dental work is not my favourite thing to endure but it was made a lot easier knowing I was in safe hands!
