Hello, I had missed hygienist appointment and as its booked every 6 months, it's not easy to remember. I have missed the appointment and Alton Dental did not send neither reminder, nor call. When I managed to book and attended the practice for a hygienist, I was into a surprise as I was told that I was being charged for a missed appointment. If I did not book and show up, I would probably avoid this as a surprise. But it angers me how this was done in a sneaky way. !

Attended the practice for some dental work, the service provided was excellent, the team looked after me well and the work was carried out to an exceptional standard. Throughly recommend.

Alton Dental is the best dental practice I have been with. I have been through several procedures over the last couple of years and have felt fully informed about my options, the costs and the aim of treatment. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. The receptionists, dental nurses, hygienist and dentist provide a high quality service which I am confident in. Their work is of a very high quality.

All the staff - reception, dentists, nurses - are friendly, welcoming and extremely efficient. It is actually a pleasure to go to the dentist.

All the staff are friendly, helpful and most efficient. Going to the dentist is now a pleasure. In all my 79 years this is the best dentist I've had.
