Always a welcome from the reception team through to the charming dentist who is covering a maternity leave. Clean and Covid safe.

My appointment was on time and there was no delay or wait. The dental nurse greeted me and was friendly and polite. The dentist was professional and began the appointment quickly. I felt comfortable throughout. When I went to the reception desk to pay, the experience changed. The lady spoke very curtly and there was no smile or greeting at all. She saw me waiting and said, ‘Yes?’, then, ‘Receipt?’ And that was it! I didn’t book my next appointment as I felt she had been so rude.
