I’ve no idea how my teeth are. The dentist couldn’t have been less interested in me or my teeth. She was quite keen to upsell me a retainer though. Once upon a time a dentists at least prodded one’s teeth. I basically opened my mouth, she poked the gums and that was it. £25 please.

Appointments are generally on time Dental staff are friendly and knowledgeable Dental advice always given Friendly, helpful reception staff Quiet waiting area

Receptionist always helpful and friendly Rarely wait long for your appointment Doctors and Hygienist take time to explain everything and look after you.

My appointment was on time and there was no delay or wait. The dental nurse greeted me and was friendly and polite. The dentist was professional and began the appointment quickly. I felt comfortable throughout. When I went to the reception desk to pay, the experience changed. The lady spoke very curtly and there was no smile or greeting at all. She saw me waiting and said, ‘Yes?’, then, ‘Receipt?’ And that was it! I didn’t book my next appointment as I felt she had been so rude.
