The dentist I saw for my first check up appointment was very friendly. Very thorough in examining me and very helpful. I was make to feel at ease.

All of the staff are caring and kind. They are professional and understanding. The dentist helped me through my anxieties and made the experience less traumatic. Thank you all so much. They have now arranged for my wisdom tooth to be removed.

A well presented professional and clean dentist practice. The receptionists are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The dentist who we are under is a wonderful woman who is so lovely, patient and explains everything. I was initially nervous as a lot of people are, but she really put me at ease and made me feel relaxed. We highly recommend this practice!

I have recently had my twice yearly check up. Firstly with the hygienist and then with the dentist. I feel they are all efficient and caring. Extremely knowledgable, attentive, helpful and thoughtful. Reception staff are always calm and polite.

No staff said hello on arrival. The dentist never smiled or made eye contact or spoke other than to identify teeth. No attempt to ask how we were or to show any interest is us. No feedback from the X-rays other than to say it all looks stable and see you in six months. We were in and out as quickly as they could. On leaving to make another appointment again no smiles or interest shown and left standing there quite a while waiting to know about payment before the staff member looked up as if to say what are you waiting for. We left feeling annoyed at the experience.

My dentist is so up to date with dentistry. As I was recently diagnosed with Graves’ disease and related medication I advised him and he immediately asked the name of my medication and advised that I would not be able to have the usual local anaesthetic as it contains Adrenaline. I had not realised that it could have made my heart race too fast and I could collapse. When I mentioned it in a support group, lots of people knew this and there were comments praising my dentist for his knowledge as many dentist had to be informed by their patients! I wouldn’t of known if he hadn’t told me and that is so reassuring. Thank you.

Greeted by 2 cheerful receptionists who were helpful. Seen by dentist 7 minutes earlier than my set appointment time. Very efficient, friendly and gentle. A good experience.
