   Rudest and racist receptionist. I misunderstood the instructions for my prescription and asked the receptionist for help. The receptionist kept repeating “as I said before” in a very aggressive tone and even started enunciating every word one by one, as if I could not understand any of them. This was by far the most humiliating and racist experience I had in London. I believe their receptionist service has much to improve on, I am not willing to visit again.
