The dentist is so lovely and makes me feel relaxed as I can get quite anxious. The receptionist is so lovely and friendly too

My new dentist is empathetic and listens to the concerns I am having. She explains clearly what and why she is doing what she is- and she is as gentle as possible.

Kind, personable receptionists, put me at ease (every visit) which i very much appreciate due to my phobia of the denist.. Thankfully i need not worry like i use to as my new dentist is also kind,patient & personable. Im grateful for the work she is currently doing on my teeth. Thankyou Apex?

My visit to see the hygienist was very good , she gave my teeth a very good clean and polish , and she gave me good tips on how to improve my teeth and gum health . She is a lovely friendly person which makes the visit less of an ordeal, and when doing her work she is mindful of how you are feeling by stopping the treatment every few minutes .

They always text and call to remind me of my appointment, are friendly and efficient at the front desk and both my dentist and hygienist are very thorough and helpful.
