My dentists is the best medical professional ive ever met, keeps me calm talks me through everystep of what's going on that day or future treatment and pays attention to evey detail, the fact i walk out relaxed and no worries about returning is a bonus.

The dentist talked through all options, was responsive to the pain i was experiencing. Other staff checked on me as my disability was enhanced due to my pain.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make the appointment as comfortable as possible as I mentioned my teeth were particularly sensitive at the moment . Thank you

The dentist I saw was very understanding of my medical needs and limitations and made accommodations for them. She gave me sound advice about what treatment options were available to me and what was involved so that I could make an informed decision . As a nervous patient with medical issues I thought the dentist I saw was excellent and put me at ease.

Going to the Dentist has never been high on my list of favourite things to do. It still isn't.. But here it is at least not quite the daunting prospect it used to be. The staff here are pleasant, welcoming and genuine people.

My appointment was 9.20 & I waited 20 minutes not very happy as one time I was a couple of minutes late & I was told I couldn't have my appointment, so is it one rule for you guys !!

I am extremely pleased with the treatment I recently received. The dentist was very pleasant and professional and talked me through what she was doing. She and her assistant worked well together and I felt comfortable at all times. The end result is a nice white filling to repair a very badly damaged tooth. Spending over an hour in a dentist chair is unlikely to be a pleasant experience, but this was as good as it could get.
