My appointment was on time, my Denist & Dental Nurse were both friendly & calming. I was given clear feed back & the filling I needed was carried out swiftly & efficiently.

Felt really relaxed and confident.whether I will when pain kicks in,who knows but a big thank you for starting the ball rolling.I have a national presentation in 3 months for services to soccer if something could be done to get a mouthful of smile’s rather than craters would be most appreciated-tall order I know.but thanks for the efforts

Rang up in the morning as was booked in for an appointment the same afternoon. I was seen almost exactly at my appointment time. Had a filling done. Hafsan the dentist was great. The numbing injection was painless as was the drilling. Really clear advise. I would recommend.

Took my 2 year old to her first appointment and the nurse and assistant were amazing with her!! Made it very friendly and let my daughter get involved by helping the dentist. Really good experience, thankyou!!

Really disappointed in the service i received today. The male dentist myself and my daughter saw was really rough and quite rude. Im glad my younger children weren't at the appointment as think it would have put them off coming. In over 30 years of attending this surgery ive never had the experience i did today. I can easily understand how people are scared of dentists with the experience we had today.

How very honest they are ? I go every 3 months ,always come out feeling sad?? As my gums r not good? But i have been tryng to keep my gums clean .i went there today ,only ome problem ? My dentist was very pleased with me!!made me feel like ,i have been trying?? Left there thinking i will carry on with the hard work ,staff are lovely as well

I would like to say that the waiting room was boiling hot! Myself and the 2 other ladies waiting were nearly passing out..I tried to open a window but it was locked...really need some fans

The dentists lack of interest in what she was doing. She was 15 mins late for my morning appointment (I saw her walk in) yet no apology or anything. Spent too much time chatting to her dental nurse!! Was not clear on what i needed to have , treatment wise.
