As an NHS patient, I was initially offered the treatment privately but on a second checkup offered it on NHS. There was a minor hiccup but it was corrected quickly and efficiently. It would have been 5 star if I had not been given a private treatment cost first!!

The dentist was amazing. I was very worried about having my filling as I didn’t want the numbing injection. He reassured me that I didn’t have to have it. He talked to me the whole way through and I didn’t feel a think. Amazing service.

Saw a new dentist he was very nice and explained all he was doing throughout the filing. He also made my son feel at ease for his first small filling.

The reception team are always very friendly ( I really don’t like coming to the dentist ) The dental nurse was very kind and my dentist also advised what he was going to be doing and checked I was ok several times !

Outstanding patient service, the whole practice staff were polite and helpful and the dentist herself was extremely patient and supportive as I’m a very nervous patient.

The way they don’t give a scale and polish anymore, I can’t afford to spend over £70 for a hygienist appointment when it used to be done quickly by the dentist within the time slot allotted.

The hygienist that I saw was by choice as she is SO nice, professional, gentle and gives me confidence in her treatment, I would not see another hygienist now. An asset to the practice.
