I’m someone who has always had a fear of the dentist. The entire staff here make me feel welcome, calm, explain what’s going on and really care about my dental care, In my opinion. I never have to wait long for an appointment and they always treat me with kindness

Time management was very poor. My appointment was at 2pm, I was only seen at 2.20pm. Yet when we are late by 5-10 minutes they cancel our appointment.

The assistant was good she used the suction stick very well without letting any fluid to get at the back of my throat

The dentist was very friendly and informative, answering every question I had and explaining everything with detail, the receptionist is also very helpful and friendly!

Waited 30 minutes, this tends to happen often regardless of the time booked. Dentist checked my teeth for one minute and ended the appointment abruptly.
