The Dentist and Assistant are very welcoming and seem to really care. The Dentist always explains the outcome & treatment in a way that I understand. The best Dentist that has been at that surgery for a long time.

Friendly staff and genuinely seemed interested in solving issues rather than trying to get out of the door as quickly as possible! So impressed with them.

Excellent attention from start to finish.Good reception process,a short wait in smart,warm facilities followed by an attentive & detailed examination,with a clear plan to remedy a problem tooth.

Wait time. I was on time for my appointment but the dentist was 30 minutes late despite being one of the first appointments. The dentist keeps me waiting every single time and is extremely annoying when I have made the effort to be on time. This needs to be addressed.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had a bit of car trouble that was making me late for an appointment but the receptionist was more than happy to move my apointment forward slightly with no issues. The reception room has a nice atmosphere with the nature programs and I was seen to fairly quickly. Overall a great and easy experience.
