Had some composite bonding treatment but it all broke away from the tooth. Was in Spain for three weeks, then had to wait for a month for an appointment when I got home. Was told that I would not be charged for the replacement work. Attended today and was charged an additional £73. Additional work beyond the repair to the single tooth was done, but I wasn’t informed when this was being done. Have been a patient at this practice for over thirty years. Was also told that I would be unable to find an alternative NHS practice if I wanted to go elsewhere

Called following text, was booked in same day and appointment with hygienist only 3 days after that. Dentist was great, they’re very busy here but I can’t fault Ashgate

Me and the family have been going to Ashgate Dental Practice for years, always a great , practically pain free, friendly experience. Definitely recommend them. Recently had a tooth removed and following their advice had no issues and now moving on to the next stage of my treatment.
