Surface of an incisor fell off. Got an appointment within 24 hours, Repairs carried out; consultation about further action with "my" dentist a week later. Solution agreed. Been with this Dentist over 50 years. Never had the slightest complaint. All staff seem to have the aim of helping as best they can. Very grateful to all concerned.

Good afternoon Just to say thank you for all the wonderful team at Avalone dental care. My special thanks to the lovely and tranquil receptionist, to the proficient nurse and to the nice and skilful dentist. The dentist explained to me what was she wanted to do and even answered my query about another dental issue. I am happy with your service and I trust your dental expertise. Excellent Dr Adnan Hadi

I have visited the practice on the 21/4/2023. The receptionist was excellent, friendly and helpful. The dentist has performed painless tooth extraction, she was professional and gave me invaluable advice on my options. The nurse was great professional and kind. I really recommend the practice

The receptionists were friendly , respectful and accommodating when I rang to make the appointment. I have needed emergency treatment on a couple of occasions over the past two years and they have expedited my appointments . During covid restrictions the practice was spotless and good hygiene and pp protection were used effectively. The dentist and her assistant have been consistently informative caring and professional. I have been with the practice since 2018 and have had nothing but positive experiences.
