I have had to go for a filling. When I called the receptionist was very helpful to give me an appointment. I had the filling but had an infection and was fitted in with an appointment within 24 hours. I was given antibiotics and x ray taken by my dentist . It showed infection in root. My dentist explained the 2 options 1. To root canal or 2. an extraction. I booked for a root canal and i was abit worried but was to ease. Great dentist.

I am extremely happy with my Dentist and the staff who served me today. However, although I undertsand the staff need a lunch break, the building was locked from 1-2pm, therefore anybody arriving before 2pm (an unaware of the closure) had to wait outside (possibly in all weathers), when there is a sizeable waiting room. Surley excellent customer care would result in customers being aloud to wait inside?

When call =polite friendly and helpful When there = v clean up to date welcoming When with the dentist and nurse = welcoming friendly professional caring reassuring knowledgable and above all they give one time and listen with smiley faces so approachable ……in a word just great Thankyou you to you all ps I am talking about a dentist practice not a hair salon !!!!!

Our family of five busted this week on Wednesday for a late evening check up appointments and were impressed with the service offered at this dentist. The Receptionist was friendly, the Dentist and his assistant were polite and thorough. We cannot recommend this dentist enough. They have always been on time and when we have needed emergency treatment they have been exemplary. We are so grateful to have them and can’t fault the staff or the cleanliness of the building.

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for leaving a positve review and we are pleased we were able to, once again, be of service to you all. Regular visits and prevention are always high on our agenda but if anyone ever has need of an urgent care appointment we are here six days a week. All reviews are shared with the whole team and is is motivating to know we are meeting our patients requirements. We look forward to seeing you all again.

Again yesterday my family and I were met with a warm reception from the lady in reception and the dentist and nurse were friendly. Thr dentist explained clearly his plan with my daughters on going treatment. Always a very clean surgery.

Excellent staff, reception, dental nurses and dentists. Make you feel at ease. Lovely and clean. No waiting. Good booking system. Had a cracked tooth. Within 10 minutes was all sorted

Just prior to my recent planned dental review I had chipped the top of a lower front tooth, which was filled as part of the review. The available filling base was extremely small and the filling failed after around one week. A new appointment was organised for three weeks later (NHS service only seems to be available on a Friday at this practice). I attended this appointment, explained the situation, received an apology, the dentist then specified a different bonding agent, refilled the tooth and, to date, it retains the new profile and seems to be working well. Many thanks to my excellent and understanding practice!
