Reception was polite and very helpful. Checkup was efficient and on-going treatment options were explained, discussed and scheduled.

Staff were polite, dental surgery was clean. I can't believe the length of waiting time to have a filling, & if you need a tooth out & have to be referred to have the tooth out, the waiting list is even longer. It's such a shame the nhs has come to this.

Being disabled, I cannot walk far. I arrived @ 1.45 for2pm appt. to find Practice closed til 2pm for lunch. I didn’t know what to do (!)

Appointment late but acceptable, checking of my teeth etc quick and efficient with advice has to how to keep my teeth and pallet in good order.

All the staff were pleasant, polite and helpful. The dental surgeon was very reassuring and explained exactly what he was going to do and what I needed to do afterwards. The dental surgeon and the nurse helped me to feel relaxed which was very good. I am grateful to them both and appreciate their professionalism, friendliness and care and wish to thank them very much.

I was informed by text twice before my appointment date and time,Dentist was very instructive and thorough on my check up and i felt comfortable and at ease during the procedure.
